The Assessor functions as part of the NYS Office of Real Property Services. He assures residents in the Town of Vienna that NYS ORPS information is correct for our town. The Assessor is responsible for maintaining the tax roll for the Town of Vienna. Through periodic updates of valuation and inventory data, the Assessor attempts to balance the real property tax burden on Town of Vienna residents, assuring fair distribution of the burden.

Assessor - Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm The assessor is required to do field work and is sometimes out of the office during these posted hours. The assessor recommends calling to make an appointment to discuss any issues you may have. Walk-ins are welcomed.
