Issue dog licenses, conservation licenses, marriage licenses, disabled parking permits, and provides general information to the public. The Town Clerk attends all meetings of the Town Board and records all activities and decisions made. Also serves as Records Management Officer. Has custody of all town records and responds to Freedom of Information requests. Provides certified copies of marriage licenses. The Town Clerk is also the Registrar of Vital Statistics for the town and the one village within the town. The Registrar provides copies of birth and death certificates and conducts geneology searches. The clerk oversees all general and primary elections.
